New York, February 6, 2008 — The Art Show, America’s most prestigious art fair

will present 70 of the nation’s leading art dealers from February 21 through 25, 2008, in the
historic landmark Park Avenue Armory at 67th Street, New York City. For five days, stellar works by over 150 artists, including an unprecedented number of 15 single artist presentations, will be under one roof, making The Art Show a major destination for art lovers and top collectors of all periods and genres. Installed in the Drill Hall, the Armory’s cavernous, block-encompassing space, and organized by the Art Dealers Association of America (ADAA), 2008 marks the 20th anniversary of The Art Show. The show features works by international artists ranging from recently completed contemporary painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and multi-media works to museum-quality pieces from the 19th and 20th centuries. The Art Show and its Gala Preview on February 20, 2008, will benefit Henry Street Settlement, one of New York City’s best-known and most effective social services and arts agencies.
